Secretion is one of the mechanisms used by cells for the control of their composition and to introduce materials into their environment. This volume contains many approaches to the subject of exocytosis and its near-neighbor, endocytosis. The intent was to be eclectic with regard to method, but uniform in selecting contributors of high merit.
