This film embraces studies on neutrophil and eosinophil leukocytes. As two examples, chicken leukocytes engulf Bacillus megaterium and horse eosinophils engulf human erythrocytes. The degranulating and cytotoxic effects of streptolysin are shown, as are similar effects of antiserum on granules. Human, horse, and chicken leukocytes are examined.
